Ore 1.0.11 — Pausable model downloads and new update notices

What's new

Added a transition animation after setup finishes, so entering the main window feels smoother.
Added a step to accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Model downloads can now be paused and resumed.
The correction provider list now shows brand icons, making providers easier to recognize.
Update notifications now appear as a floating card in the bottom-right corner instead of covering the work area.
Fixed "Recent input" reappearing after switching pages when it had been turned off.
